A huge congratulations to all the children who were the lucky winners of a Golden Ticket in the PTA Meanwood Marvel Bar fundraiser!

Excitement levels were through the roof at the end of the day today as children opened their Marvel Bars to see if they had discovered a shiny golden ticket. The lucky winners were able to collect their prizes from the reading shed — what a fantastic moment for them all!

A big thank you to all the families who purchased Marvel Bars and supported this fundraiser. Every penny raised goes directly to the PTA and will help provide much-needed funds for the school.

And a special thank you to Anthony and Nicola for all their hard work and effort in bringing this incredible idea to life. It was a huge success and brought so much excitement to the children!

On Thursday, we were incredibly lucky to welcome nationally recognised author Sarah Morrell into school. She delivered a fantastic whole-school assembly followed by inspiring workshops for Years 3 and 4. Many children chose to buy one of her brilliant books, and we now have copies available in our school library too. It was a day full of inspiration, joy, and a real love of reading.
